Do I have to register with Kinsmedic E-Store to make purchases?
Yes, you have to register as a Kinsmedic E-Store online member. In addition to that, you also have to be a Kinsmedic dealer.

Who should I contact in regards to enquiries or complaints?
You can drop us an email at estore.support@kinsmedic.com.my or call our customer care line at 1300 88 8848. Also, you can go to Contact page and send us message (sign in first). If you use send message from Contact page, you have to sign in to see the reply from our Customer Service.

I used to register as a member but could no longer log in. What should I do?
You can go to the log in page (by click on the small human icon on top right above the search bar) and click at 'Forgot your Password?'. It will direct you to the 'Forgot your Password? page. Insert your email address you used to register. Click 'Retrieve Password' button. A new password will be sent to your registered email address. Use the new password to log in.

I have registered but not able to view my dealer’s prices. Why?
Customer whom register as dealer is required submit the Form 9 & 24 for validation. A temporarily member account will be activated first for access. However, normal member account does not able to view dealer’s prices. Once the validation is completed and approved, the member account will be upgraded to dealer account. An email notification will be sent to your registered email address.



Payments

What payment method is accepted for my order?
We accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and FPX (online banking). FPX banks supported include Maybank, Alliance Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, CIMB, Bank Islam, AM Bank and Public Bank.
Also, payment by cash and cheque is accepted.

What currency is accepted for my order?
All transactions on this Website are payable in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).



Shipping

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charge depends on total order amount. Currently, we offer free shipping for orders RM300 and above. Shipping charge is shown during checkout and will be added into the order's final total.

How long does the shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on location as well as stock availability.

Can orders be shipped to overseas addresses?
Currently, we only accept orders to be shipped within Malaysia only.

Can orders be shipped to anywhere within Malaysia?
Orders can be shipped to all addresses within Malaysia with the exception of P.O. Box addresses.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been submitted, you are not allowed to change the shipping address.

What happens if I am not at the delivery address to receive my order?
You will bear the shipping cost of further deliveries. No order cancellation and refund request is allowed at this stage.



Order

How can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations for orders that have been processed or shipped.

How can I find out whether my order was successfully processed?
You will receive notification via your registered email address.

How can I check the status of my order?
You need to sign in first. Click on the small human icon on top right above the search bar or go to My Account and click at My Orders at the footer (bottom part). At the My Account page, click on Order History and Details to see the status of your order.
